Update time on start: check if you want the system to update system time when it starts
Autostart on Windows boot: chack to start the OE9IHR Time Synch on windows boot
Logging level: logging level used when there are problems with the application. Under normal conditions, the level should be set to “0”
Open Log file: opens the current log file
